Our Operating Plan details the processes, systems, and roles your organization needs to work smarter, not harder. This might look like:
Developing practical, attainable metrics/KPIs to measure your impact and keep your team working towards a set of common goals
Designing and implementing simple tech systems for project management and outcome tracking so you and your team know what’s going on and so it is easier to report progress to your Board and funders
Developing strategic staffing plans and onboarding processes for new team members so you can bring on the talent you need
Helping unlock your team when operational roadblocks arise or manual processes take too much of their valuable time
Leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Planning and facilitating meetings and ensuring actionable follow up
Clarifying roles and streamlining decision making processes to remove bottlenecks and ensure transparency and accountability
Examining your operating budget and resource allocation to make sure you know where funds and time are flowing and can make the most of your resources
As your Fractional Chief of Staff, I create and manage the Operating Plan, implementing new processes and systems, continually evaluating how they are working, and adjusting as we go. I help make sure your team has clarity on the what, why, and when for their work, freeing you up to focus on what you do best. I also serve as a strategic thought partner, providing a sounding board and coaching as we go.
